An Alexandria Gem - Remedies

​This little spot in Alexandria is filled with so much love and life, and we are thrilled to share a small part in that. If you are a customer of Betsy's, you know what I'm talking about! She graciously offered to carry some of our products in her salon. Betsy named her shop Remedies, as a nod to when this building was a doctor's office. Check out the picture below from 1902, which she has displayed in her salon.

f you haven't seen the inside, you're in for a treat. This adorable salon incorporates so many historic and classic pics, tastefully displayed with lots of local love.
The salon is open when Betsy has appointments, within the hours of 8am and 2pm on weekdays (mornings only on Saturdays) She is always closed on Sundays and Wednesdays. If you are planning a special trip, be sure to call 740-924-HAIR to verify that someone will be there, since there are no regular hours. Remedies is at 27 W. Main St, Alexandria.
