Once we've arranged a date and time via email, you can lock in your booking by paying a deposit online. (see below)

🕯 Pour Your Own Candle
- Create your own custom-scented 9 oz. candle
- Session length: 30–45 minutes
- $25 per person
- Add a matching fragrance mist for +$5
- Total: $30 per person
🧴 Make Your Own Lotion & Sugar Scrub
- Create a hydrating lotion and an exfoliating sugar scrub
- Session length: 45–60 minutes
- $28 per person
- Add a fragrance mist for +$5
- Total: $33 per person
Private Events & Group Size
- Private events require a minimum of 6 participants
- Our space comfortably holds 12–15 people during regular store hours
- Larger groups may be accommodated, but the event may be scheduled outside of regular store hours so we can expand into the store or corridor space
Scheduling & Store Hours
We prefer to host classes and private parties during our regular store hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Important Notes
- Candle Pickup:
Candles require time to fully set. Finished candles will be available for pickup two days after the class. All other items are make-and-take. - Food & Drinks:
If you are organizing a private event and would like to bring snacks or drinks, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the space. There are also food and drink options inside the Arcade, including Vintage Grind Coffee House, The Archive: Bottle Shop & Lounge, and The Downtown Ice Cream Parlor. - Alcohol Policy:
No alcohol is permitted in our space unless it is in a DORA cup.
The Archive Bottle Shop & Lounge in the Arcade is happy to serve you in a DORA cup. - Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be added to the total event cost.
Booking & Deposit Policy
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
- The remaining balance may be paid at the time of the event
- All bookings are subject to availability
